1- Exchange and returns
ELTEK has a no return policy. Therefore, all items purchased cannot and will not be returned or exchanged. However, if the item received was damaged or if the order sent was wrong, we will refund the customer. Please check the refund section accordingly for more details.
Our refund policy lasts 6 hours. If 6 hours have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately we cannot refund you.
ELTEK reserves the right to assess whether the item is damaged or not, and if the order sent is wrong or not, and accordingly proceed with the refund. ELTEK might require proof such as pictures or invoices or the item itself for the assessment.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email
confirmation with its details.
Your order will be delivered by our team to the provided address within up to 72 business hours excluding Saturday, Sunday and the holidays!
